Meta requires a $200 deposit per diner for authorization hold to your credit card in order to confirm the table. Do let us know 72 hours prior your reservation (excluding Sunday and Monday) if you wish to cancel. Otherwise, we will be charging full amount of lunch/dinner menu if cancellation falls under 72 hours.
The reservation cannot be changed, rescheduled, or refunded three days prior to your booking $200 deposit per diner would be forfeited in the case of last-minute changes in the number of guests. (e.g. if the booking was made for 5 and only 3 show up, 2 diner fees would be forfeited - $400)
We appreciate your understanding to adhere to our child policy of 7 years old and above as long as they can enjoy the full tasting menu.
Our dress code is smart casual (no flip flops/slippers).
We can only hold the table for up to 15 minutes. After that, we cannot accommodate the reservation as it delays the next seating.
